The project

Based in Franca, Brazil, Hackadme is an international school that provides a range of agile trainings for professionals who seek for an international agile certification.

The project goal was the redesign of their website and building an online course purchase system.

First analysis

The first step was to analyze all pages, the structure and how the information hierarchy was presented. After checking all sections, a list of problems and some elements that should be improved for the new page were defined.
Menu

The site menu text had some English terms that may not fit the Brazilian target public reality.

Hero
There was no conversion CTA or real HTML text in this section, and a grid organization for the text was needed. The whole section was made by a single and no responsive image.
Services and trainers
Here we have a single image, with no link, a bio about the trainers, or a responsive structure. This section talks about the Hackadme trainers.
Certifications
In this section, we can find all the scrum certification badges, but just some of this certification aren't really given by the company. It was needed to fix this information and add only the courses available.
Important information
This section has important information about the company  that could be in a better structure or even a better place.
Testimonials

Some design and typography adjustments must be done here to improve the readability of this section.

Here we have a section with important information with some points to improve.

Other important information

Next to the end of the page we see a section that talks about a company training service in which some typography and design improvements were needed.
Important information

The company offers a corporate training, an important source of business. The design here is outdated and better text was needed.

About
This section can continue here or a new about page should be created to better explore the company's history.

Final design

Wireframes

After analyzing all the points that needed improvement with the company’s team, the new pages that should be created were planned. For this step, wireframes were created.
The hierarchy information structure was defined based on the improvement proposals and during the reference search.
New menu bar

The menu now has all language in Portuguese to bring the language next to Brazilian public.

Social networks were added, and a drop-down submenu with easy access to all certifications. The logo now has no background, making the menu bar cleanner.

New Hero
This first section now has real HTML text written by a content professional, and an CTA button was added.
Certifications

Only the main and available certifications were placed in this section, with a short text, explaining about each course and a direct link to the service page.

First sections

The menu now has all language in Portuguese to bring the language next to Brazilian public.
This sections was revamped to highlight the most important information.
Information about the company
Important information about the company and market positioning that used to be isolated now has its own space with more emphasis, telling the company's story as the user scrolls the page.
Services for companies

The section talks about training service for companies, previously called "in company", was revamped, with new images, title and an action CTA for lead conversion.

Trainer

The trainers section now has a name and a mini biography of each professional.

Company information

This section tells more details about the company. A redesign was made and in the future this section can be turned into a single page, better exploring the information.

Certification page

For each certification, a visual identity was created, using images that refer to the targeted audience, creating an identification with the service.

Testimonials

The testimonials section received design adjustments, emphasizing the session title, following the pattern of the rest of the site, and an animated carousel to show the various existing testimonials.

Digital marketing services are also provided as described below.

E-Mail marketing

Email marketing design, according to the objective, using the RD Station system.

Land Pages

Sales campaigns or promotions pages. Information about courses for customers using both RD Station and WordPress system.

Design Gráfico

Images for social media, image editing, for internal or external communication and customers and lead generation.

Online Project

The page is online and regularly receives updates.
